Scientific Coordinator

 Alessandra Rigolini, PhD, Assistant Professor, Department of Economics and Management, University of Pisa. Her main research interest is about board of directors and women on board. She has been visiting research at Cass Business School and BI Norwegian Business School.

Faculty

Morten Huse, Professor in the Department of Communication and Culture at BI Norwegian Business School. He is a former President of the European Academy of Management, and his research focus is value creating boards and women on boards. He has for almost 30 years actively used different qualitative to explore corporate governance. 

Alessandro Zattoni, Professor of Strategy and Governance and Dean of the Department of Business and Management at LUISS University in Rome. He is co Editor-in-Chief of Corporate Governance: An International Review and an editorial board member of Journal of Management Studies. He published more than 100 works (i.e. books, book chapters and journal articles) on corporate governance, boards of directors, codes of good governance, business groups, ownership structures, and stock option plans.

Patricia Gabaldon, is an Associate Professor of economics at IE Business School, Spain. PhD in Economics, she has developed her research around the role of women in the economy and its effects in economic growth and sustainability. Her research has also been published in numerous book chapters and articles in academic journals such as Long Range Planning, Journal of Business Ethics, Corporate Governance: an International Review, or the European Management Journal, among others.

Sophie Tessier, is an associate professor in the Department of Accounting Studies at HEC Montréal and founder of the ACG (Association de Contrôle de Gestion), a network of researchers interested in the broad area of management control in organizations.  Sophie Tessier holds a PhD from Lancaster University Management School. Her main field of interest is management control. Her articles have been published in journals such as Management Accounting Research, Accounting, Auditing and Accountability Journal, Critical Perspective in Accounting and International Journal of Qualitative Methods.

Hannah Möltner, Professor of Work and Organizational Psychology at FOM University of Applied Sciences, Germany. After graduating in Psychology, she received her doctoral degree in Management from Witten/Herdecke University. Her research interests include work and leadership motivation as well as healthy leadership and organizations. She is consulting public and private organizations and has published in academic and practitioner journals in the disciplines of management and psychology.

Daniele Dalli, Professor of Marketing and Consumer Behavior, Department of Economics and Management, University of Pisa. Professor Dalli’s research interests focus on consumer behavior.
He teaches degree, postgraduate and PhD courses in marketing and consumer behavior.
He is member of the Editorial Board of several leading national journals and is a reviewer for national and international journals He published on Journal of Business Research, Marketing Theory, International Journal of Market Research.
