- Participation fee
The participation fee is 750 €. This fee includes participation to the seminar, the documents, lunches and the social dinner.
For at least 3 participants coming from the same institution, the Organising committee might provide special reduction on the fee.
- Scholarship
The Institute offers 1 scholarship of the amount of 750 €. Allocation of the scholarships is entirely at the discretion of the Organising Committee.
- Cancellations terms
Cancellations made before March 30, 2019 will be reimbursed with 10% deduction of the total fee. No reimbursement will be possible after this date.
